All that we want is Energy. Energy to let the change take place and the energy to maintain the change.
At the same time no more energy should be pushed in to the continuity of an separate entity that is looking at the energy and observing the change.
The energy pushed in to the service of continuing the separate entity which stands outside and observes the energy always acts as resistance force for the change to take place.
So if this energy is released we will then require minimum energy to let change happen and to maintain that change.
